Today, I want to talk to you about your ideal client.
So, why do you need to define your ideal client? Well, if you don’t know who you want to work with, how will you find them – or even more important: How will they find you?
Your ideal client should be someone you want to work with. When you defined your ideal client, you will have the basis for all your marketing activities. You will know how to talk to them (your tone of voice) and where to find them. Your ideal client then also will have the feeling that you are talking to them directly. They see that you know about what they are struggling with and offer a solution that tackles their issue.
So, ask yourself:
- Who is my ideal client?
- What do they love doing?
- What do they hate doing?
- What do they struggle with?
- What solution do I offer them?
- Where do they live?
- What are their family circumstances?
- How much do they earn?
There are many more questions but this will get you started. And just because this is your ideal client, doesn’t mean that you narrow your services down to only this target group. But it will help you to market your products and services more focused.
