To be more efficient and get more things done, it is important to plan. I recently created a weekly planner template to help you with that.
I suggest you split your day into 4 parts:
- Before lunch
- After lunch
Then put in reoccurring things in your weekly overview such as doing your accounting of the previous week, go through social media things that are business related, writing blog posts etc. But also plan in personal things such as going to the gym, to the cinema etc.
If you have them in your plan then it is much easier to stick to it. Your mind might wonder from time to time. Having a plan helps to then focus on what you have planned for the day.
